This is my home on the internet, welcome.

I am a Computer Engineering major at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Vice President of Finance for the Delta Lambda Phi, Beta Pi Chapter, and I design and develop websites and web applications for people through Ambit Studios.
I enjoy coding, listening to music, and watching movies and tv shows. Apart from my own websites, you can find me online at Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, LinkedIn, and more are listed on claimID.
The evolution of my online identity continues with my latest redesign of my personal website (the one you’re on right now). With the prior design, I mentioned that I had gotten into a bit of an obsession with minimalism, and that was really reflected in the design. A bit too much some might say. I’ll admit that as time went on, it started feeling emptier and emptier to me, so I decided to change that.
I kept blue as the primary color, since it’s my favorite and I still like the idea of a tri-color scheme on my three websites, so I don’t want to change that just yet. The other dominant color is dark grey as a contrast to the stark-white of the previous design. The biggest departure, other than the color is that the layout is not centered. If you took a look at the past dozen or so designs I’ve done, they’re all centered. I’ve been having a bit of a love-fest with centered designs because they just look so centered. I don’t know, I just liked them. I wanted something a little different, so I went for it.
Oh. One fun tidbit for you, the background image (that gives the vertical white stripe to the right and the two background colors) is 10,000 pixels wide. I wanted to make sure that no matter how big (or small) someone’s screen was, the color was constant, so I made it huge.
